Installation process

1. STEP 1Consultation & Inquiry

   We will introduce our technology to inquiries from customer thinking about paint plant.

2. STEP 2Suggestion

   Based on customer's request, we confirm the production condition · painting condition and compile the basic concept layout · painting system composition · general schedule · estimate. Furthermore, we will conduct VE / VA and make proposals to satisfy the needs.

3. STEP 3Order

   We will receive on order after the customer examines specification and price.

4. STEP 4Design

   We design the details (Energy calculation, plant design, mechanical design, control design, and so on).

5. STEP 5Manufacture & Procure

   We also adjust the delivery date and check quality for construction.

6. STEP 6Construction

   We will install at customer's factory with partner companies.

7. STEP 7Trial & Adjustment

   After assembling and installation completion, we check the operation of each equipment and adjust the trial run of the whole paint line and then confirm that it satisfies the function and performance.

8. STEP 8Commissioning

   We carry out the final adjustment before handover.

9. STEP 9Handover

   After the commissioning, We will carry out operation and maintenance briefing session, and then we will hand it over.

10. STEP 10Production

    The customer establishes the production condition at the paint line handed over, and the production is started.
